I did this video quite a while ago proly like a year ago maybe?... And it basically shows me what I like to call "being psychic" in the game.
Update: Since I'm getting way too many messages about how I did the cheats in the game I will say it here. I used an Xploder cheat device which you can get by going to xploder.net and I used cheat codes from maxbot.com

Just showing a preview of what my new Vegeta looks like in my San Andreas. The outfit is just like the one on "CJ as a Saiyan", but it's remade because some moron deleted the original. Just ask me if you want the vegeta model and I'll post the link to you. WARNING: You will have to sacrifice all clothing for it, because it replaces the outside of CJ's body, I couldn't get it to work on any clothing. Enjoy.
